These candlesticks are part of the Art Moderne Desk Set produced by Louis C. Tiffany Furnaces Inc. in the early 1920s; today the Desk Set is more commonly referred to by Tiffany collectors as the "Art Deco" Desk Set.
The gilt bronze candlesticks feature variegated green inset enamel. Circular motifs at ech corner have been filled with a complementary golden yellow enamel, harmonizing with the patina of the bronze.
