This rare Candle Lamp by Tiffany Studios features a bell-shaped gold Favrile Glass shade with vertical ribbing and a ruffled scalloped rim, featuring overall soft surface iridescence.
The shade rests on a bronze Candle Lamp base in rich brown patina, with round foot, the stem rising to flare out into three thin brone arms which function as a “crutch” for a rounded candle cup featuring a series of inset round iridescent Tiffany Favrile Glass “Turtle Back” Tiles and a pale yellow-green color.
Both the shade and base of this rare piece of Tiffany Studios metalwork are signed.
