This early Tiffany Favrile Glass Cabinet Vase, formed by translucent golden-yellow blown glass, features a thick band of gold iridescent "wave” decoration at the base, in addition to pulled rounded decoration descending from the rim of the vase and down the shoulder. The opaque decorative motifs contrast the transparency of the body of the vase.
This rare example of early Tiffany Favrile Glass is inscribed on the underside with signature and date code.
